The appearance of the car can be described as awesome. The big rear wing along with the redesigned fenders, bumpers and side pods give the car a timeless classic Lamborghini appeal status.
The Murcielago has never looked or driven better than this and with a limited production run of just 350 units it is a collectors “must have”.
Valentino Balboni has been the Chief Test Driver for Lamborghini since 21st April 1967 (40 years). He was chosen for the position by Feruccio Lamborghini himself at that time. He is today the most well known living ambassador of the Lamborghini brand.
Automobili Lamborghini have decided to tribiute Valentino with a special and limited edition of the Gallardo, this being the most successful model in Lamborghini history.
The car will be rear wheel drive and finished in liveries and trims that are inspired by racing cars from the 1960’s and 1970’s. “The Gallardo LP550 – 2 Valentino Balboni enhances the driving fun while maintaining a high level of safety through the adoption of the specific 2WD developed ESP system. The set up provides a rear with good stability and a front axle precise while entering the turn, with a feeling of rolling and pitching quite limited, that enhance the sportiness and the driving pleasure” says Valentino. A limited production run of 250 units means very few people worldwide will get to own this very special Lamborghini.
